Refund Policy

At Trust Notary Hub, we strive to provide secure and reliable notary services. Due to the nature of our services (Loan Signing, Apostille, RON, and General/Mobile Notary), returns are not applicable as no tangible products are provided. However, we offer the following refund policy:

  • Cancellations: Full refunds are available if you cancel at least 24 hours before a scheduled appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a 25% cancellation fee to cover preparation costs.

  • Errors or Non-Performance: If we fail to perform the agreed service due to our error (e.g., missed appointment, incorrect notarization), a full refund will be issued upon request. Contact us within 7 days with evidence (e.g., appointment confirmation).

  • No-Shows: No refunds for client no-shows; rescheduling may be offered at our discretion.

​

  • Disputes: Refunds are processed within 10 business days via the original payment method. All fees comply with Texas notary regulations and are disclosed upfront.
